We are a mixed concept CrossFit gym and what means is that “we fit your schedule” and not the other way around. While we offer a large number of class times we also offer some “Open Gym Time”This means that we can accommodate the inevitable changes in schedule that arise in most peoples busy lives. A trainer is always available to put you through a workout and/or to work on technique. If you prefer to be working out with a group, then plan to come and join in on one of our class times or team workouts. We believe that this concept will allow you to stick with your new lifestyle and we will be here every step of the way to help you.
