Tough Mudder Training Camp

Are you registered for Tough Mudder but not sure how you are going to gear up and get ready for it?
Running 11mi is one thing but incorporating extreme obstacle along the way makes for an interesting and gruelling challenge. Transition CrossFit will prepare you through an intense 16 week program focussed on CrossFit endurance workouts. You will be taught proper movements prior to ramping up the intensity and duration or workouts. We will have you running, jumping, lunging, lifting and pushing yourself to new limits every workout. Train with your team or come as an individual and train with others working towards the same lofty goal that is Tough Mudder!
Register online and come ready to work on Monday April 30. Make sure you are up for the challenge in August by preparing with Transition CrossFit.
Online registration will Open April 1st. Space is limited!
Don’t show up to the race unprepared.
Training Camp Starts April 30th, 2012 and will run for 16 weeks.
